Its not as hard as you think. infact it is actually a little bit easier. since skis are softer it gives you a bigger range of landing when leaning foward or back. and since they are not as stiff u got a lil more play. I went from skiblading to twin tips. from 900's on skiblades to 900 on twin tips. they just are heavier. i found myself doing more jumps then rails. if you want to see a video of me on my twin tips goto skibaordgeneration.com under media search Branden Harding Twin Tips. If you need help with anything I'll be glad to help yeah out

Skiblading? I believe you mean skiBOARDING. Calling it snowblading or skiblading is generally frowned upon by most.

ya know what i really dont care i was jus playin i think its all good if your atleast in the park and actually doing things and not running your mouth. most ppl cant keep up with their mouth and i used to be that way till i actually cleared a jump for the first time and not land on the flat top.... Great Year....

i just got myself a pair of twin tips. iv skiied before when i was younger. when i tried my twin tips for the first time it was really frustrating cuz of the poles. i threw them down and screamed how much i hate poles... and then i picked them up and skiied down. well my point being, the poles will piss you off at first but you just get usto them. its easier to do tables and land jumps on skiis. the only few things that will take you about a day or two to get usto is the overall weight of the ski& binding, and it will seem a little weird goin off a jump for the first time on twin tips, and it will feel like your skiing with bricks in the pipe. but dont worry, it only takes a day or 2 to get the feel. go for it. im not gunna stop skiboarding for just skiing so dont flame me fellow skiboarders

yeah man the weight is different my CR 1080s are more than almost all other skis. but when it comes to big air's they make it nice and smooth. goign from skibaording to skiing will make landing jumps eaiser for you. it opens up your landing balance point front/back. Rails will bea bit harder though because you have longer skis its harder to slide off a rail u get hung up more. good luck. and only thing poles are good for are 1) hitting pain in the ass snowboarders and 2) something to squeeze the hell out of when u fall.
