all ski boots and hard shell alpine snowboarding boots (raichle/deeluxe (http://www.skiboardsonline.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=CTGY&Store_Code=SBOL&Category_Code=boots)) will work with the ff pro (http://www.skiboardsonline.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=SBOL&Product_Code=line_01_02_ffpro&Category_Code=line_bindings).
basic steps to make your boards last longer is to dry them off completely after you ride and hot wax them a couple times a year at minimum. however the single most effective thing you can do to save your boards is not hit rails. rails kill boards, all boards. but for some it's not an option to avoid sliding. however, the older you get the easier it is to fight the urge to jib.

i also have an indent in one of my boards that is less than a cm long & like 3 mm wide. its like 1 mm deep but noticeable. Will this affect my ride? How could i fix it?

umm for one thing dont leave ur boards inside ur garage...horrible for rusting..of course u allready know that..but i rewax (hot wax) and then put them in a ski bag and store them for next season..and my broken or unusable boards i put up on my wall for novelties and what not

the little indent wont do anything but if u want to fix it u can fill it with p-tex.
sharpening your edges will get rid of the rust.

But does it improve your carving abilities?
