Ladies and Gentlemen…

This December the Skiboardsonline and Revel8 family proudly bring you The Revel8 Skiboards Junk Show.

For seven days and seven nights, non-stop, both the Revel8 ProTeam and FlowTeam will be traveling to the major resorts in the northeastern United States. Flips, spins, grinds, carves, drags, shreds, and more. There will be plenty of riding and filming with the release of a tour video to follow. Each and every resort has been extremely supportive of the event itself and as well as skiboarding as a whole. With the countdown having already begun we are all incredibly stoked and looking forward to this trip. And of course, there is nothing that we would love more than to have each and every one of you come out to join us for some riding and hanging out.

Have you always wanted to see riders like Dave Lynam thrown down big in person? Are you wondering what the new Revel8 Skiboards look like and how they ride? Have you, as much as we have, been looking forward to the return of Art Jennings? And, have you been thinking, who is this Matt Hein and what's he all about? There's only one way to find out. So, what are you waiting for? Come show your support and lets show the northeast what skiboarding is all about. Order up those new boards, get them waxed, pick up some new threads to get some extra steez, and start planning your travels.

The Revel8 Skiboards Junk Show hits the road Sunday, December 26, 2010 and will kick it off huge in 2011 with a big celebration where we left off last year.

i'll be at the big boulder one. it seems like its the only one close to me.

dave, you can't break yourself on this tour, now that i know that somebody as good as you is as close to me as you are, i need to find a way to coax you into giving me pointers

Davelynam

Unfortunately, the week between Christmas and New Years is blacked out for vacation at work. I should still be able to make Big Boulder, and I may be able to swing Mt Snow on New Year's day.

Dave Bloom
11-19-2010, 09:33 PM
Tim, we would love to have you there for sure. You are the sleeper rider. People think you just cruise and before they know it your throwing frontsides with blind 270s off. :)

CrazyBoy-1
12-01-2010, 11:58 AM
Haha, I don't know about that, Dave, but I'll try to impress people with some clean straight airs.

What time are people planning on getting to BB on the 26th? I found out that the big family holiday gathering is that day, so I'm in a bit of a bind. I'd rather not incur the rath of my collective extended family by not showing up, but I also want to ride with everyone. The family shindig is in the afternoon, so I'm hoping I can hit BB in the morning and then head down to socialize with my kin later. That'll only work if people are going to be at the mountain at opening.

Dave Bloom
12-01-2010, 12:36 PM
We will be there all day, open to close.

JVAWN
12-06-2010, 08:50 PM
if i get off ill run up. but i wont know that until the 17th. ive never been to mountain creek. so it'll be a new experience. im trying to run up to gore mountain in ny at somepoint this year. anybody know if its any good? looking at their trail map it looks huge.

CrazyBoy-1
12-07-2010, 12:30 AM
Dave, I might be able to join you at MC on the 23rd. Will you be there all day?

Jvawn, if you're heading out on the 23rd, let me know if you'd like to carpool. I'm right up 322, so it should be simple to meet up.

Dave Bloom
12-07-2010, 12:34 AM
Yup, all day. My plane lands at midnight at Newark, and I will be staying at Art's place on the mountain. Whenever I wake up I will be ready to ride after some Dunkin coffee. South usually opens at noon. But, they live on North so I can hit some groomers for a little and butter it up for a while with you.

agh.. this junkshow schedule is killing me...

I won't be able to ride much next season
so I have to unleash myself this season...
though...this schedule with X-mas and new year... it's tough dude...

agh... I will at least make it to BB.
or 28,29,30th... wonder how I go to NJ and come back from VT...
i'll let you know once i figure out everything.

if I end up missing the whole thing, I will at least go to Michigan... or let's have another meet at Jay or something =)

crazyboy- im down to carpool as long as i can go. i dont know what you drive, but i have a subaru wrx that im picking up a roof rack for in the near future, so we'd be good to go in almost any weather, and if its clear, probably shave a little off the ride time. haha.

I drive a Toyota Tacoma; less sporty than a Subi, but with more clearance for unplowed roads. At least, that's how I like to look a it. I have no preference whether I drive or ride along, and I'm pretty flexible as far as schedule. Let me know by that Tuesday, and we can plan from there.

Jeaho, if you want to head to MI for the Midwest Meet, let me know. It would be great to have you along.

Ok. I got my schedule figured out.

I can drive myself up to BB on First meet and come back to Baltimore on that same day. anyone planning to go to BB so I can carpool??
If no one's going from south, I will have to do the trip myself.

I can also make it on 28th, 29th and 30th. Only problem is that I have to figure out how I am going to come back.
I can drive to Mt Creek on 28th but again, if anyone is driving up, i would like to carpool.
from that point I can move with you guys till 30th. but gotta figure out how to come back from Killington to Baltimore.
Anyone has any idea? or suggestions??

Any help?

If i can't get the ride figured out... I might just go to BB and Mt Creek.
Bloom, help me out. I sorted things out just to ride with you again bro!

Greco, it is great that you pointed that out. There has been a change in venue for the Monday, December 27th stop. We will no longer be visiting Windham in NY. Instead we will be doing a random shoot day. We feel with the unpredictable conditions of the northeast we wanted to take one of the tour dates and play it by ear. We are going to post the stop the evening before. Our vision to have this tour be the complete package includes an urban video shoot. We are going to see what locations have the best possible options. If the snow is not kind then we will be posting a stop at a resort in either eastern PA or southern NY.

Here is the new lineup with the change in Monday's stop.

I'm still in for the 23rd at MC, but the 26th at BB is looking less likely. The family get together got moved to noon, so I'm not sure if it's worth me going up. I'd be able to ride for maybe two hours max, and it's a total of almost four hours of driving.

Sorry I couldn't make it out to Creek. My sister's truck jack-knifed on Monday, and I wanted to make sure she was ok. That was the only day I could have met up too. Everything else is too far away.
