Keep in mind this is circa 1995.
I would like to point out a few key things here. First, notice the first trick. A backslide without a grab but rather crossing over and stepping your free foot onto the backslide foot. Yeah, you'll see that in a Junk Show episode next month ;) Second, 1:18 "Switch to Switch" referring to unnatural, the real meaning of switch (also the term used in snowboarding at the time for unnatural) and not going backwards. Just saying, skating and snowboarding is where all of the terms and tricks for freeskiing and skiboarding came from…just saying. Third, at 1:50, although extremely brief, this was the first ever farvhergnugen caught on film. Next, 2:01. The first ever cork 7 caught on film. Then, we come to 2:09, a school desk grinds a rail. This is followed by 9 year old Cory Nelson at 2:11 killing it with style. And then some randoms. 3:16, fat kid falls. 3:19, 360 backflip.
Try doing your work in an editing suite with two S-VHS machines, an analog controller, and an in-run compact disk or cassette deck.

Where is YOUR inspiration coming from? Are you just trying to be a skier on skiboards or are you trying to do something different in the snow world?
