Attatched picture of prototype Spruce 120. Sitting on top is a Mike Nick 98cm to give a true idea of size. Quality is superb, with beautifully prepared sintered base, and 360 edge. Hope to have an on snow report later next week.

I saw them on the Spruce site and was impressed but seeing it next to another board really gets me excited for next season. Definitely a bit out of the "rules" but extra length and width is just what is needed in the backwoods. It seems the sport leans towards rails and tricks and it's sick as shit the stuff y'all do. But give me a deserted forest any day. After using the ALP's for the whole season I can honestly say that extra few inches made a HUGE difference in the woods. At first I had buyer’s remorse because it was the first Skiboard that I rode that felt like a ski. But after a few days of getting comfortable on them, I can't imagine hitting the woods with anything shorter. Especially on powder days. Bottom line, I think expanding the Skiboarding arsenal is great. While our numbers are still small and we are a niche market to begin with, there are "sub-niches" of that as well. Just like the need for another board with an H-Block, backcountry boards are needed too. Not that there's been any hating on longer boards, just saying I'm psyched for these new sticks. If you've been to Jay, you'd know why I'm so excited. You know what I'm talking about Adam!
