The locals here probably have the snow to do something like that, but after this week with full service there's two weekends left with lifts.

In the Lake Tahoe area , Squaw Valley just announced they will extend operations and will be open through the Memorial Day holiday with a closing date of May 30th . After that Northern California folks will need to make the longer drive down to Mammoth for that summer lift serve there. Our local backcountry mountains in Tahoe should provide hike to skiboarding opportunities well into June .
