Fresh blood for Salomon

Hello guys ! i'm back after my holidays, i hope all you had a great time.


I guess most of you already know that, and most of you hate Salomon, but i've just seen their products for the 05/06 season.

Some new interesting things there :
- releasable bindings for 90 and 99 models
- a 120 model (also with releasable bondings) http://www.salomonski.com/fr/products/products.asp?id=786534
(eeeek ! it looks like the first "buzz" model in 1998=

but, as usual :
- UGLY graphics for every model
- Same Graphic as last season, for the SB9 model (the only "agressive" one)
- no technical or structural evolution
- no come back for some SB10 or SBPro

the 120 have somewhat decent graphics, everythign else is so horrible looking.

as i said above, i think the 120 graphic is really ugly.

Are the salomon designers Blinds ???
Have they ever give an eye to Mix boards graphics ? (it's just an example but my favorite are the Ben wannaker boards graphics)...

i want to apologize in the name of all french skiboaders.:(

it looks like they found the alps and desided to try the length on thier boards. kinda makes me think thier posin offa mix, or at least they are tryin to. kinda makes me sick.

I was gonna post this in a new thread but then I saw this one and it seemed more appropriate to post it here. Go to google and search for "salomon"....read the description under the second link it recommends:

"Salomon designs skis, bindings and boots for every rider. Ever hear the term "snowblade?" Salomon truely gave skiboards their chance on the market."

I clicked on the link but it just takes me to the salomon international home page. Can anyone better at computers than me find where this is on the salomon website? Or is it seriously just the description for the site???!!!

i have a major problem dissing salomon, k2, and all other cheap ass boards.... i do relize that yes they suck major ass and most city weekenders get them but i also relize they are an "in" for others, somebody that has no clue if they like it and wanna grab the basic concept before they look into buying more expensive boards they are good i started out on fatty's and i love them because they were my first board and they got me into a sport i abslutly love.....

they arnt blind, 3 blind mice could create better graphics, they are just stupid.
solomon should just never have started with theyr snowblade things even k2 fattys have more shape than the straight shape that solomon created.
i have a pair of solomon skiboards i have only ridden once,than gave to my lil sis, ya know why... cause they suk.. if solomon makes anymore skiboard similar things, they should get a graphics designer and not a child.
