It didn't look too bad, he wasn't that high and he moved his head up a little at the end. Hope he's ok.

people need to know their limits. plus, i dont think anyone in their right mind would try a backflip off of a jump like that...

The jump looked high angled enough to make a backflip. It looks like he started to give that extra push too early and slipped backwards. He also forgot to tuck in, plus he got scared in mid air as well and opened up early. Even with his mistake during the preload I think if he tucked in and leaned back it was still possible to land it.

I love how a small 6 inch jump can give you some nice air if you preload and let go at the right moment! What a rush when the jump is bigger! :p

Ouch. Gargantula's right, plus it looks like he came in a little slow for such a tall jump.
