I'm assuming you're talking about Andorra in Europe and not some crazy US mountain i've never heard of. If I'm right then I can help you, kind of. I skied in Andorra 13 years ago when I was a little dude for a week. It was pretty cool but the snow was really shitty when I was there: the snow in the pyrenees is much less reliable than in the alps. Anyway, the resorts are generally pretty small but they should have a good setup. Plus the prices in that country are obscenely good...they don't pay duty taxes so everything is SO cheap, especially booze and fags, you can't fail to have a good time.
Enjoy

Ep !!
You are right, in Andorra-Catalonia-Spain-South France only have Snowblades to hire hihihi.
Andorra have the biggest Freestyle park in the Pyrinees, situated in the Grandvalira ski domain.
The skiboarding is not much popular here :S , and i'm sure you will be the only with skiboards in the snowpark ( except me ;) of course )

I've never been in Arinsal, but in Andorra always have the best snow conditions in all the Pyrinees.
In andorra there is two big ski Resorts:
Vallnord -> PAL , Arinsal and Ordino sectors.
Grandvalira -> Pas de la casa Grau Roig and Soldeu el Tarter.
Looking at Vallnord website :
In the Arinsal sector, an area of over 40,000m2 has been exclusively set aside for the various snowboard and ski-based freestyle disciplines, and is set to be the site of a host of new features for this season. The Freestyle Area has three clearly distinguished zones, namely an ISF-FIS regulation-size half pipe; a terrain park with rails, spins, fun boxes, jumps, etc.; and a permanent boarder & skier cross circuit.

Im going to Andorra in late march, i was a bit weary about going late in the season but reading up on the resort it apparently has very good snow conditions and the resort of pas de la casa stays open until late april. And the fags are really cheap too!!!!
