What sort of non- release bindings does everyone use?

I have grooves but not in love with them, when putting them on, if the clip is pushed the the left or right it won't pull up. I am thinking about replacing with another binding, are bombers worth the extra money? I cruise, have no interest in the park, like to keep my feet in the ground. Is snow jams all I need for this riding? Does anyone see advantages to the other bindings if I'm just gonna crude?

Anyone in the new York area wanna lend me some to try out? Heading up to Maine on Wednesday, love to try out something else!

Receptors are light, stylish, and quick and easy to use. They are indestructible and hold your boots solid. I've been beating the snot out of mine for the second season now, about 120 rides on them, and they keep me feeling comfortable every inch of the way.

After hearing that and talking to greco, I'm sold, now I have to pick a color!

Just to post an alternative. I ride the Line FF Cams. They are simple, no frills and not too heavy or fancy. What I like about them is how easy it is to adjust them. Also as a big guy with big feet (size 14/32 Mondo) I loved the fact that when I bought these I did not even think about worrying if my boots will fit in the binding as I believe they accept up to boot sole length 370mm. Great for loaner boards a skiboarders with big feet.
