Went to Killington this past w/e to try out my new set-up and all I have to say is WOW! My old set-up was Line Jedi 90s with the FF Composite bindings. The Canon Heritage is the same length but wider which made a huge difference in the powder and trees...they also had a better flex for popping off of little kickers and bumps on the side of the trails...the bomber bindings helped that fact a lot as well...they are a bit heavier than the mostly plastic FF comp bindings but you can tell the huge difference in quality...the contact area b/w the board and binding is minimal and it makes the boards feel way more natural under your feet...I couldn't be happier with this set-up...I just got a pair of Rossignol Soft Light 1 boots this morning and I'll be trying those in a couple weeks...I can already tell what a difference boots like the Rossi or Deeluxe are gonna make...I never really though about the lean in my boots (Salomon Performa 4.0) until this past trip and trying to lean back on the tails to go through powder or crud is just fighting against your boots...

Glad to hear that the Bomber bindings fared well for you. I can't wait to try mine. I wish I had the money to get the Deeluxe boots. I would buy them just because of all the great comments made about them. That's how I got all of my gear.

Wow, that's great that you posted this because I was thinking of the same setup for myself. Good feedback is always helpful. Please tell me how the new boots go.

No Prob...I'm betting that at least one of the three mtns (Killington, Okemo, and Sunday River) that are gunning to open on the 18th will so I'll be sure to post a boot review after next w/e...my friend just got a set of Salomon Verse boots that he'll be trying for the first time as well...

good to hear that those cannons are good. They are my choice for my next skiboards.
