suggestions on mountains near NYC

hey, so i discovered skiboarding a few weeks ago and now im obsessed...i need to get back on the slopes now! anyway, im trying to set up a little ski trip to show all my ski/boarding friends the errors of their ways. but ive only been to killington and hunter. will most likely head back to hunter unless someone suggests otherwise. thanks.

i suggest checking out mountain creek. it's only an hr from the gw bridge, and i thought the trails were pretty good when i went on jan 10.

If you're into terrain parks then mountain creek for sure. Many of the freeskiing mags rate it as having the one of, if not the best, parks in the east. If you want a bigger mountain then you'll have to go to either Hunter, Windham or Vermont.
