Can sumone tell me how i can put a picture under my profile im a little slow and i cant figure out how to do it.

This is just a wild guess, but it looks like you go to 'user cp' up there near the SBOL Forum banner. Once you're in there, click 'edit options'. Down near the bottom there's a section for an Avatar, which'll be the picture next to your name in your posts. Follow the directions from there, I'm assuming.
