How are the bomber step-in bindings? Pros, cons?

pro's: best bindings made, step-in.
con's: require special alpine snowboard hard boots (raichle, deeluxe, burton, head). don't release (which some people say is a good thing)

yeah, i've got raichle boots. i just don't know exactly how they work and if there might be some problems with them.

the way they work is you unscrew the 4 screws that attached the heal piece to your boots and install a new heal piece that comes with the bindings. this heal piece has a locking mechanism that attaches to the bindings. you also get a release handle that goes along your boot. when you pull it it releases your heal from the bindings.
