Well i was in S. Lake Tahoe this past week. I had tried snowboarding a few yrs ago, and it just didnt work out at all for me, I tried skiing when i was 7 or so, and well that was 24 yrs ago. Well i went out this week to heavenly and sierra and had a blast. The first day i started on the green and did that a few times then went with a friend to the and tried a blue, the second day i did the green but did the blues a few times and the third day i started on blues then went to a green run that had blues off of it. The whole time i was watching new people on snowboards not really progressing. So i guess i dont understand where the fun is where the learning curve on snowboards is so great while you could be having the same fun in no time in skiboards. Also, yes i was catching some crap from the lift guys but who gives a shit, i was having fun and just ignored.
