Has anyone started to plan their trips for the 2006-2007 season?

I've got two definite trips, two possible trips in the works.

Yup, was there two years ago, at the tailend of a 4 mountain trip in 4 days before heading back down to NYC.

If I can make it, will be there during New Year's week.

My friends and i are in the very early stages of planning our yearly Mammoth trip. Basically, all we've done at this point is mention it. We'll end up going sometime in mid to late January like we always have.

my schools snowclub is in the process of planning a few trips. We're definitely goin to Stratton and probably some day trips to hunter or mass. And we're trying to find a good deal for a trip out west. Last year it was 4 days/5 nights in SLC (snowbird, alta, brighton and solitude) and that was amazing. This year we're thinking about either Vail or the same as last year.

hilarious grec... REAL FUNNY.

hahahha, seriously though... i have a way down to VT early december, so lets make a date! also... we NEED to organize a trip to my new log house in the woods this season. the snow is big and huge, and the back country shots we are going to get/urban drops and progressive features that are all around ft the house/property i have will be used to such a serious extent it will be ridiculous. We have totem poles for pole jams, and MANY MANY MANY more jibs etc that will go down. Adam + grec, please figure out how and when you're getting here... its brilliant!

but early december is good, feb 1-7th im going to be in nelson and im down for anything else anytime!! im bartending now so all is well!!! let me know when and where fools

I'll have to say Lake Tahoe is by far the worst resort area I've been to so I'll never go there again, especially heavenly resort. I can't believe how un"heavenly " place was. Poorly designed, inclines, 200 feet of flat spots, the place just didn't quite seem "right" to me or anyone I was with.

The others were just small, but small in Tahoe = same price as big, so no point in paying top dollar for the same thing Bear Mountain or Mt. High has to offer, at almost half the cost and 3x less distance.

This year, Aspen/Snowmass and another part of Utah, plus many Mammoth weekend runs.
