Since I get this question a lot I wanted to visually highlight the difference between snowblades and skiboards....

I have ridden both kinds of boards....
Snowblade = tiny ski
Skiboard = whole new snow sliding sport !

Now I see why I need to upgrade. I had fun on snowblades but need something more stable.

I am 210 lbs and 5'11". I worry about the Spruce 120s being too long. I like being able to skate over to the lifts. The Revel8 Revolt 105s look like they would work.

I saw it as

Snowblade = tiny ski

Skiboard = miniaturized snowboard x 2

OK I wiped out on my Snowblades today because I hit a soft spot. I really need something better. Time to break the change jug and see how close I am.

Shoulder and knees hurt after that one.
