my right outside soul plate doesnt slide good at all anymore. i'll jump onto a rail and basically stop dead. the other plates slide good just not this one. theres a bunch of wax and shit built up on it so if i clean it off will it slide better? or can you replace them?

On some skates you can replace them, but cleaning them off should help at least a little bit.

Wow.. style points bobs... I haven't seen those since like '99. On those skates, you won't be able to replace the souls. Depending on how the wax is, you might have some luck either scraping it, or scraping it then adding more. Other than this, if its just really worn, there's not much you can do but get new skates.
