Yes, I am a noob to skiboarding. Yes, I am incredibly stupid. Please forget these things as I ask this question. I recently bought a pair of skiboards off of ebay. (They look like they'll work fine, no complaints) I have never been skiboarding before, the reason I bought them was because it only costed a couple bucks more than to rent a pair for the amount of time that I'll be going. So here goes my incredibly stupid question:

How do the skiboards fit into the bindings? Do you just push down or what.

welcome to the forums. Now by fitting im thinking you mean how the bindings with fit on the boards. It depends...It depends if teh boards are compatible with the bindings...4 or 8 hole. If they are compatible. there should be screws and screw them in with a screw driver...it should be as simple as that

i think he means how do the boots fit into the bindings since most which can be bought on ebay come with 8 hole bindings which will always be attached to the boards already. that said. to attach your boots to your new bindings you need to first adjust the bindings to your boots, usually with those bindings there will be a slider type mechanism that releases the toe and heal bails (metal loop things) so you can move them forward or back to accommodate your boots. once you have them adjusted so your boot fits you put the heal down first and then clamp the toe arm down onto the boot.

this should help you a bit and if you have more questions please reply here and we'll be happy to help. no one here will make fun of you for wanting to try the sport we love.

Ah, I rememeber when I first started skiboarding, I was confused by how to attach my ski boots into the binding when I first saw the skiboards. I saw how the pro shop rental guys put it in while they were tuning the rentals and that is how I learned.
