How many midwest folk are here?

I noticed that it seems that this board is comprised mostly of people out on the east coast area and alot of you seem to know each other from riding together. Who do we have here from the midwest? I live in Aurora Il., a suburb of Chicago, about 30 miles west. Is there anyone relatively close to me?

Hey Dan,

I live in Wisconsin, Chilton actually which is about 3 hours north of you. I actually have a brother who lives in Lake Villa, but he doesn't go skiing very often. If you check out the Meet up and Ride section and post in there when you are going others from your area or nearby should see it and maybe catch up with you if they can. I know there are a few guys on here from southern WI that go quiet often. A few of them go to Alpine Valley in East Troy, WI which would probably be a good hour hour and a half drive for you. I usually go to alpine. I went to tyrol basin once this year and their park was pretty fun. I have a free lift ticket to devil's head and i was planning on going today but its freezing and tomorrows the superbowl. hopefully the bears lose.

For a quick fix, I go to wilmot which is just over the Il./Wi. border. But I'd rather go to Cascade or Devils Head which is another 1.5 hour drive. I havn't been to alpine in years but the last time I went, I didn't care for it. Going to Breckenridge/Keystone Co. though on March 5th.
