Be at the creek monday heard they got a new starcase...yup like the one in the snowboarder xgames last year, only its only single wide.... should be a jibbers dream... if the ice isnt to bad...

so its not a single wide heres a shot of the setup first they brought it down to union square nyc for a comp. so these are some of the first picks will be in creek by the end of the week.

I was at creek thursday, they only had north and granite open. It was pretty beat, usual creek style.

They are supposed to open South today, which will make it a little better.

I really just can't enjoy creek anymore because you are on the lines and lifts 90% of the time and only riding 10%.

Not to mention unless you know to park at the cafe by granite you are in for a mile walk over pavement to get to north...

yea you gotta know what times to go and theres a little trick hop fence walk acrossed street cuts out half the distace. south has been open to season pass holders but only for a few days. i agree the runs are a little short but the next closet mtn is almost 2hrs away
