More Soft Light 3 Questions

So I've read every thread on the Soft Light 3 and I'm still confused.

I wear Nike and Merrill US11. I've rented cheapo ski boots in a 28.5. I tried on a Tecnic boot today and a 28.5 felt just about perfect.

So...what the heck would it be in a Soft Light 3???

they run a bit small from my experience but i'd go to a ski shop and try them on, then buy them from sbol.

or, try on a new balance sneaker and tell me what size you are.
