I'm gonna be skiboarding for the first time (on Salomans...) after skiing for 5 years and I'm gonna be in an area of Vermont (the 15th-18th) where there are a bunch of mountains close together. I was wondering which one you guys perfer. I'm near Ascutney, Okemo, Killington, and Suicide Six (not as bad as it sounds).

I would just like to note that it is not possible to skiboard on salomons; that's called snowblading (see post on "what's wrong with salomon snowblades"). As for a mountain, I'd suggest Killington.

I realize it isnt "snowboarding" since salomans have so many differences when compared to Revel8s or any other skiboard but it'll be my first time getting the feel for skiboarding. Thanks for the suggestion

Yeah, if it's your first time you can get the feeling for the maneuverability, but that's about it. I rode snowblades for a year and liked them alright, but they're nothing compared to real skiboards. I'm sure you'll have fun.
