Anybody else going to be at Stowe Feb. 23rd and 24th? We'll also be hitting up Sugarbush teh 25th, but that will only be for part of a day.

Well, you already know I'll be there, but I hate to see an unanswered thread. Look for the tall skinny blonde guy hopefully wearing an SBOL hoodie (if I didn't order too late and if it gets here in time).
If my EMP's come in time I'll have to see if I can keep up with you. Considering the fact that I've only been out on my 90's three times I doubt it, but I'm always up for a challenge. Are there any other s-boarders in the Ephrata group?

Yeah, my friend named Tyler is riding BWPs, but I'm not sure if I'll be riding with him or not yet. Usually he spends most of his time in the park, and I prefer to hit powder and glade runs. There's one more but he's a snowblader and I don't like him and he thinks he's really good but has no balls, so just avoid that one.
Just so you know, I have brown hair that you won't be able to see because I'm wearing a black Giro helmet, persimmon oakleys, and a black gator. My coat is dark blue with a yellow stripe and I will of course be riding my EMPs. Hope to see you there!

Sorry about that, when I get frustrated words just fly out. I have to get out of that habbit.

Hey man, it's your forum and if that bugs you make sure people don't say it. If I make anyone mad feel free to punish me. I'll be alright as long as I still have my Revel8s :) .

I'll try to spot you on the bus beforehand if possible.
Out of curiosity, what's the word that was annoying? I see the post was edited, so I'm assuming it was removed.

Yeah, I edited it. It is the word that means "a pile of sticks."

Gotcha
Well it looks Like I won't be chasing you after all. I'm not going to have the EMP's in time. I just got an e-mail that dated from this morning confirming the Paypal payment, so I'm assuming they weren't even shipped out til today. I'm pretty bummed, but I just should've ordered them sooner. I didn't realize that the Paypal payment would take so long to clear. I placed the order on Saturday night/sunday morning I think, and it took that long to clear. There's no way I'll be able to keep up on the 90's, so I'll probably end up sticking to the terrain park area or any harder packed trails because I don't think I'll do too well in powder. Ah well, I'm sure I'll have fun anyway.

I think you'll be able to hit a bunch of runs on the 90s. You just will probably have to stay out of glades and possibly the ungroomed stuff. See you tonight!

Well I wish I had been able to actually run down some trails with you, but that didn't work out. It was good to meet you though. I wish the bus ride home had been a bit more pleasant. I tend to be pretty laid back most of the time, but I even had to speak up after awhile. For what it's worth, I really respect those of you guys who took the higher ground and didn't try to talk back. People like that aren't worth arguing with.
My EMPs still aren't here, and I'm starting to get a bit worried. If I don't see them by tomorrow, I think I'll contact Greco to see if I can figure our what happened to them.

Unfortunately he didn't get them in time. He rode his snowjams and from what he told me he did alright, just could have been better with the EMPs.

Just got my package yesterday. Thanks Greco. Man, these EMP's are visibly higher in quality than my Scorpions. Now I just hope the snow stays around long enough for me to try them out at least once.
The 90TT's were actually quite good. I was pleasantly surprised with their performance over variable conditions. I had to really concentrate on my stability since they would kick around in the choppier snow, but overall they did quite well. By the end of the first day at Stowe I was confident enough on them to really start pushing some speed on the Blue's without feeling out of control, and on the second and third days I was hitting Black's. I have to say though, that I felt that the slopes at Sugarbush were a lower difficulty for each grade than at Stowe. They were still a lot of fun though.
