I skiboarder yesterday, now my back is pretty damn sore. I'm going again tommorow so I need a pretty quick remedy.

Depends on what you did to it. If it's just sore, a heat pack would help some, if you screwed it up somehow, it probably won't feel any better by tomorrow no matter what you do.

I'd say just pray for the best. Sleep on your back, not your side. Try a heat pack, and if you don't have one, you can heat up a bunch of rice in a sock and it does the same thing (I know it sounds odd, but it works). Good luck.

im still riding tommorow regardless.
unfortunatly i dont have a girlfriend to rub it for me :P
stretch it out
sleep on your back on a firm surface
use some sort of massager to increase blood flow to that area.
and for next time, hit the gym start working your back. I landed a bunch of kickers in the flat today and my back was killing me. but its better now only a few hours later.

800 mg of ibuprofen when ya wake up should help....gets rid of some of the inflamation associated with a hard workout...i live on the stuff.... i took a nasty fall off a rail the other day onto a sheet of ice, hip and elbow really sore....took me some ibuprofen and felt much better in aobut 30 minutes...

I tend to avoid ibuprofen for stuff like that simply because if I use it, I'm much more likely to try stuff that would injure me further because of the lack of pain. But that's jsut me.

stretch good tonight + hot shower
sleep on back
stretch good in the morning +hot shower
Drink lots of water between now and then... lots.
you should limber up halfway down your first run - do a green to be sure you have full range of motion before you hit anything tougher...
