how do you bounce on a tramp?

jump up and down. do tricks as you would on snow.

when do you bounce on a tramp?

whenever you have free time.

how much do they cost?

it depends on the quality of it. since you're in latvia it would be hard for anyone to say how much they cost in your country.

btw, the two best things you can do in the off season for improving your skiboarding is....inline skate and bounce on a tramp.

I think i'm finally gonna get one this summer. I've wanted to get one since i was little but I was never allowed. :( At least I still get to skate all the time.

watch people doing backflips and do it like they do. The best way to do back flips is to jump high and flip backwards;)
