Hi!
First off, I'm new to this site as I just discovered it [been with skiboards.com for a while though].

I am about 5'5" and just under 120 lbs...just to keep in mind if you are interested...

I have been riding Snowjam 90's for many years [after one terrbile year with salomons...freakin plastic bindings damn near killed me a couple times] and I love them! They are great in the park, I find that I can go very fast with them, then again I go straight down the most vertical slopes, and they seem very stable. I also due moguls once in a while with them and love glades. What I love most probably is the length being 90 cm. They seem just right, not too too short, yet not too long. I ski in some tight glades and if they were 10 cm longer I'd have a bit harder time, esp since a lot I just make my own trails in the trees where there aren't.

essentially I ski everything except the flats...and I ski hard.

Does anyone else find that 90 cm boards seem pretty much a perfect length? I was looking through all the skiboards here and at other sites and there are barely any 90 cm lengths. Why is that? If loken or Revel8 came out with some 90's I'd probably buy them in a heartbeat.

Ive heard nothing but good things about the Revel8 Tanshos and they are 90cm. If you like that length then I'd look into those.

I started on 90's and loved them. They are actually a decent all mountain board in certain conditions, and I love the fact that they turn so quickly.

90's are probably the perfect size board for you, mainly because of your small build. Different builds, different boards. You probably don't have any issue floating on powder because you have enough surface area with the 90s for your size, but some bigger guys need more surface area to stay afloat. I personally could ride some shorter boards but I just like the speed of the EMPs.
