On the 4th october my father and i (and maybe a mate or two) will be heading up to milton keynes for the evening session (all the park equipment is up).
This is a: so we can buy some new boots, however mainly it is to help adverstise skiboarding (spreading the word of out company Exclaim! Skiboards, the UKs first and only Revel8 dealer).
it would be AWESOME if anyone on here wants to come join us, the more people we have the better it will look and hopefully the more interest we can hype up.
also, if you have a friend/partner/whatever that fancies having a go, bring them too as we will have one or two pairs of boards spare for people to try out!
thanks!!!
Joe

I won't be able to make it as its too far away, but hope it goes well.
I think Phil's idea of Revel8 demo nights is a good one if you could get it going. I guess it would have to be in an unofficial capacity due to most slopes having a store that has exclusivity on demos, so it'd have to be a case of 'a bunch of friends just trying out each other's kit'.
I could make it to Tamworth, Castleford or from end of Nov ChillFactore, Manchester.
I'm probably going to a freestyle night soon and expect my BWPs to get some damage if I start doing park regular, so may be in the market again come '08 - any excuse :D

hehe thanks man ;) I'll make sure to save some for you.
We (well my father, because he's better at that sort of thing) got the details of the woman who does all the marketing there, and spoke in depth to a member of staff about having demo nights. We can most probably get some massive banners up, and when we go on 4th I think we'll try adn get talking to people to sort out some demo nights. It's definatly a possiblity and as skiboarders we were getting a lot of looks by people (and not bad looks).

A demo night is a great idea and will attract alot of new skiboarders. If you ever have a demo night at castleford xscape I will definitely be there.

hey good that Xscape are being so receptive about it :D
Hi Tamios,
Good luck with this!! Sadly it's the wrong end of the country for me but please let us know how it goes.
And just to echo what Anaesthetic and Shifty have said a demo night 'Up North' would be great!!
