Crested Butte is in South West Colorado. Its a really nice mountain u can see ALOT from its peak because Its a lone mountain not all bunched up.

We visited Crested Butte, about 12 of us in 2 townhomes, stayed for 5 days. GREAT MOUNTAIN, I'll def go back again! First Winter X games were held there! The folks who own Okemo in VT and Mt Sunapee in NH own Crested Butte. And you can tell, they take great care of the mountain and have invested $$$. The previous owners of the mountain used to run this special every year. They filled up every condo, hotel room, bar, restaurant, parking lot, and bay can! Made a fortune!
