Alright, I am in the market for a set of Skiboards. I have been sking for about 5 years when ever I get chance since i don't live close to a mountain. I have been on snowblades before and I loved the control and turning but the particualar set that I was on were very unstable at hight speeds. I ski basicaly all blues and blacks besides mogels because I just don't find them fun. I also like to play in the terrain parks on occation. I am 6'1" and I weigh around 195 lbs with all my ski crap on. What are some sugestions you guys and gals have.

I was looking at the Spruce120 because I like the price and the look of them but i am not sure if they would be suitable. Also I see a lot of line 98 pros for sale and i was curoius about there quility and ride?

Also I am not trying to spend a lot of money because I may only get to use these one week a year.

Spruce 120's can be great all-around boards, but especially if you love the powder.

Perhaps a better all-around board would be something in the 105cm area, like the Revolts. For a guy like you it would perform well all mountain, powder, and the park.

105 sounds like a good choice but if you are on a budget there is always stuff for sale on ebay and here. You could get a nice setup for 200.00 and under.

Have any of you guys had an experiance with the line mnp's. They seem to be resonably priced on ebay at times. Just curious if they are good boards?

I rode mnps for years cause they were good quality boards. But then I got on a pair of revel8 boards and wouldnt ride them again. revel8 has the best quality and and greco backs it up. what good is a pair of $200.00 boards if they break in a couple weeks or months. If you spend a little more you get a year warranty and much better boards. Plus you will support a company who actually supports the riders.
