knowing taxes for portugal or spain

hey guys, Im considering to buy a revel8 skiboards but... I dont know, and cant find, how much tax, VAT, or what its called, do i pay for it.

is it a % of the item? is it a fixed value? it works only for electronics?

well, it was from the US to Portugal, if anyone has any idea, feel free to enlighten me!
