This is a great site for getting 7 day weather forecasts and current conditions (snow depths etc) on just about every major resort in the world!
List of countries down the left hand side give s you resort lists for that country. Switch betwen snow report and snow forecast at the top.
Another good one for forecast is:

This is not so extensive for the US, but covers loads in Europe.
This one is two weeks in advance:
http://www.netweather.tv Go to the weather menu up top, pick SkiCentre and pick your country/resort
