need help quick

i'm trying to decide if i should get the line 5-0's for $150 (with bindings) at a local ski shop, or if i should wait and get the mix core. Money is an issue for me, so if the line's are worth the money, that is what i would go for. if anyone has a suggestion about what to do i would appreciate it.

do the lines come with 4 hole metal bindings?

yea, but the part that you pull down that comes over the top of the boot is also metal which i heard scratches the boot (don't know if that really matters)

If money is your only concern then it sounds like a good deal, don't worry about the metal toe bails. If you want to support skiboarding then its not a good buy. When you buy boards from skiboard only companies like mix and canon AND you buy them from skiboardsonline.com the small profits go right back into making skiboarding bigger, better and stronger because these businesses have made skiboarding their top priority and sponsor riders, events, dvd's etc...
When you buy boards from ski companies and businesses that don't support skiboarders then....... -we'll you get the point.
