im not sure what light is considered.
and idk about coushioning ive only used them on groomers for carving and never really taken them off jumps. I know they dont have any special shock absorbers in the bottoms though
They didnt weigh me down too much on the mountain though, and the ski/walk switch made it easy getting around inside and on stairs.

oh and i also have rossignol Soft 1s
mondo 27.5
These are brand new with box, although the box has some cat-scratches on it, my cat likes cardboard.
I need to get rid of one or the other, so im asking 150$ for the softs.
they're a bit better quality then the nordicas, brand new, and retailed for like 450$ back in the day when softs came out.
Check the pic.

I use the easy move 8s and as long as you keep them set in walk mode you get some incredible flex. I used them in jumps and they worked quite well

yeah thats what i heard happens if you leave them in walk mode.
but then if you need stiffness for intense carves you can switch back to ski mode to tighten up the flex if i am not mistaken?

I actually rode one walk and one ski the differance in carve power is amazing I actully found it easier to carve in walk but when I used one each mode the stiffer one grabbed cleaner

If you like having the stiffness for carving then yes it is a good idea to flip it into ski mode. I personally prefer to have the flex there all the time. I actually spend more time laying down carves than I do in the park, and definitely enjoy having the freedom of the flex for shifting my center of gravity...anyway, back to the topic before we gank your thread...so anyone want to buy his boots?

shoe size has very little to do with boot size, every boot is made different width wise and length wise. Im a size nike shoe but wear a 29.5 ski boot(which is "supposed" to be an 11.5)

yeah ive seen mondo conversion charts transfer a 27.5 to anything from a 9 to a 10.5, depending on the chart.
I wouldnt recommend buying online unless you surely know your mondo size already, assumptions generally come out wrong. (the rossi soft 1s)
