Anyone still use these boots? I was wondering cuz you can still find a few pairs floating around the net. Were they any good?

they were hardshell snowboard boots, relatively heavy but good. Never used them, this is what i heard. They were line branded, but made by another company maybe?

I believe they were made by Raichle. Hmm I didn't know they were originally used for snowboards, but that makes sense since our non-releasables were based on snowboard non-releasables right?

The line transfer boots weren't quite hardshell snowboard boots. The main body of the boot was made the same way, but they had DIN compatible soles if I am not mistaken. The hardshell snowboard boots don't have the same soles because they would drag in a carve if they did.

They were made by Raichle for a few years. The earlier models had much more of a DIN look to the toe/heel, but from what I understand they are not actually DIN compatible. The later models were based much more on the alpine snowboard boots and have the round soles, are Intec compatible, etc.
A friend of mine uses a pair of the later kind. They're quite stiff and very heavy compared to my modern Track 225's. They're a solid boot though, and the rounded sole makes walking way easier.
