would it be possible to take out my old releasables or non-releasables from my solomens to my new boards whenever i get them?

Only if you were able to make some kind of an adapter.

i think the releasables and non-releasables are 8x8.

Exactly, you'd need to have something similar to the Spruce Riser that could bolt into the 4x4 pattern on the boards and the have appropriate holes on the top for the bindings to attach to.
All in all not very effective. The non-release on your salomons are probably plastic and not worth keeping. You could get a pair of Snowjam or Groove non-release bindings for cheaper than getting a riser and using yours, plus either of those would be nicer than yours.
Using your release bindings would be tricky, you can't just buy the riser from spruce, and even if you could it probably would not fit your bindings. Unless you have access to a machine shop in some way it's probably be best to just go with one of the options from Spruce.
