Hi Guys, I was directed here to get answers from the experts. I'm having trouble jumping. I read the old thread on here about falling backwards when jumping so I'll work on that. My question is if I got some bad advice. I was told when landing I should stagger my feet. So they told me to have my feet apart but one foot forward a little and the other foot back a little so I have a wide base both front to back and side to side. Does this sound right?

that could help. but if your landing too far backwards i think your problem is that your trying to pump the kcik to much. your making yourself jump off the kick instead of riding it out. your path in the air should be an arch so when you get to the landing of the jump your slithgly leaning forward. keep your knees bent and slightly loose and ride out the kick smoothly, dont try to pump the jump much until your comfortable with that.
