Hello! I am a beginner at the sport and i have a few questions for someone of experience. I would like to buy some skiboards and boots to go with them. I have never really learned to ski on regular skis but i would like to try this skiboarding.
What is the learning curve like for someone like me with no skiiing experience? Also i am 6', 220 pounds with a shoe size of 12. Thanks for your help!!!

I would recommend some 99 or 110 cms. usually begginers get some 90s but your big so either 99s or 110s will work and you can get non-releases with the 110s if you like because of your height. I would recommend some new Mixs. Greco was told that they're ready to be sent out. What do you plan on doing while you're on the boards(ex. fast carving, powder, big air, rails etc..)?

The learning curve is next to nothing. I have taught many different people how to skiboard in one afternoon that have never even been up to the mountains before. As far as what boards to get.....Thats a tough one cause I am 6'0 195lbs., shoe size 12 and I ride on 90's and 94's and I ride everything on those boards. I have an old pair of 87's that I start people on for the first day and then they move up to a 90 or bigger for increased stability as their riding progresses.
