Some of you might own a pair or have heard about Journey. They were a small company run out of Josh Menke's house in Colorado. He would hand make his skiboards with custom dyed HEMP top sheets. Talk about small company, Journey was the smallest Skiboard manufacturer ever. Even though they made great boards unfortunately they went out of business about 5 years ago. But, we just got our hands on 5 pairs of perfect condition Journey boards. Buy a pair here:

SBOL | Journey Skiboards (http://www.skiboardsonline.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=SBOL&Product_Code=journey87&Category_Code=skiboards)

Pick any two and then a binding option.

I have two pairs of theses boards and they are like TANKS. The topsheet is thick enough where you can sand and epoxy any surface damage. Not the lightest or most flexible boards out there, but probably the most durable.

I almost bought a pair once, they were on sale for $99 with some old plastic groove binding. Definately very strong. A bit heavy, but so are skiboots.

How heavy is heavy? I'm lookin for a backup pair and these just might be it, but if they're too heavy I woln't get them.

one pair of the journeys weighs just under 4lbs. one pair of canon heritage weigh 3.5lbs. not what i would call "heavy"
