Hoodie Poll

I wanted to clean up this poll and make it easier to figure out the choices.

This design is for the back of the hoodie.

The front will have large SBOL letters.

i'm not really liking the mountain/sun idea, kind of cartoonish/childish and i don't see the point but i like the SB OL on the front. i'm thinking SB OL on front and then Skiboardsonline.com on the back near the bottom. if they sell well we could always make more but for the first batch i'd like them to be a bit simpler and cleaner.

I created what was suggested, but design wise it is very contrasting to the front font so it may be a good idea to scrap the design idea for the back. The SBOL on front will look good though and if the back has anything it should reflect the style of the front lettering. The SBOL logo has an almost Latin Gang feel, what goes with that?

im with g on this one. keepin it simple. my vote is to produce some of the simple ones with SB OL on the front and skiboardsonline.com on the back. then take some time to come up with a good design that will promote the sport.

Greco's idea is probably the best for now..... the old K.I.S.S. method.

so we will do the SBOL on the front and then do skiboards online towards the bottome of the back(big enough to see but not too big) thats simple enough.I actually like it.

That's what I thought of course, but if people are willing to have it done that way it could be a nice idea. It opens up many new possibilities... Just my little thought, nothing more!

just make the prototype, bring it to creek, once i check it out i'll tell you how many sbol needs, prolly 30 or 40 of different sizes but that's only if it comes out pretty decent.

no offence g-unit but it sounds like the same old stuff, lets get some creativity going, do something different on the back, the sbol on the front is sick. something more eye catching on the back would be awesome, the mountain idea is pretty good, atleast it catches the eyes more then some words. just my opinion.

you should get people to submit some ideas , due by like wendsday and make a decision, but for greco tossing a lil skiboardsonlline at the bottom of the graphic is good for business for you, so it should be incorporated in there for people that just read it and don't ask about the hoodie.

We need to organize ourselves. We all have to work together to accomplish this. So we all agree on the front. thats fine. Now greco wants skiboardsonline somewhere on the hoodie it would be cheaper to do it accross one of the sleeves. so take ur choice left or right. now for the back graphics it should encompus something that we all are. for one thing we are a close nit group so i am thinking taking a group shot of some of the skiboarders and "cartoonizing" them. then put that on the back.

No we arent stuck to two colors we can use more then two just not a billion.

OK so we are back at the drawing board but please no more chaos. We need to make an organized descision. Now have at it, once we have some graphics drawn up I will contact the screening place again.

Here is an idea. It is only a concept, and I envision the final version with more countries' flags. Open the graphic and picture the back of the hoodie full of them, with or without "SKIBOARDSONLINE.COM" on the back at the bottom.

when i was reading through this thread i thought i would not say a word on this topic. although much of ideas were popping up in my mind and i could give a comment on each single post, i just see this all gets too messed up. (btw, these mountains look hawaiian to me) any idea can be improved and modified, choices are as many heads we got. so the decision makers (kelli, greco) should just go down with ANY one of them and finally do the thing.

Yeah Joi that is the correct name for the font. I like the font you used too G. Very cool but don't you think that the skiboardsonline.com should be big on the sleeves? Just a thought...cause what I put on the back of the hoodie(including the one you added your font to) will have to be kinda small running side to side as opposed to the sleeves where you can make the font taller and wider. It would be way more visable. Again...just a thought.

I agree! If one has the choice between depicting a mööse or not depicting a mööse, one must allways (ALLWAYS) use the mööse, as it is a fantastic animal. Especially if its standing quite still munching away on a twig, with those big black empty eyes staring blankly innto the void!

hey, i dont know why i just thought of this but a friend of my moms works at a place that makes shirts, hoodies, coats, and everything else. they do alot of work for colleges and schools. they make stuff for my school i know. so if a design is ever worked out i can ask about it. ill be home this weekend for easter so if you may be interested post it here or email me at a207769s@edinboro.edu. i know greco said he was going to work on it but we could always compare prices or something. just an idea.
