hey all as you can see by my sig i am ridding some pieces of history. now dont get me wrong they are nice boards but i think it is time for something newer. i am 68" tall and 155 lb. i am more of a fan of shorter boards. i come from a skating background. (all kinds of skating.) i ride mostly park but i also like the glades. if anyone has any suggestions of what boards i should try next let me know.

I'm 6'1 and around 180 or so, and I find the KTPs to be a perfect board for myself, more then enough float for the powder I had hit near the end of last year (I'll admit I didn't have too much of a chance on those). But with your weight, you could easily get away with something thinner. I've heard plenty of good about the Rumspringa's (the MaryJanes and Rockets) on here, but something of the BWP sort may be good also. I don't have experience with either myself, I'm sure someone else will chime in about those.

B-Dubs

Bwps wouldn't really be too good for pow, I use some 99s that are pretty much the same specs and have to do quite a bit more work to hold the tips up...I have been telling people to get Alps lately but you want shorter boards so I say KTPs for float and manuverability.

KTPs

Well Elkcloner, if you are refering to the edit, I didn't read all of his wants and needs fully the first time and decided to give him a suggestion that would best suit what he wants, not just what I think would be the best all around board but the best short all around board.

Still leaning on my previous choice hah. I'm 5'8" and weigh 170ish. More with gear of course. They have the short board feel, but the float of a ski. Rails, jibs, whatever. It's no problem.

Since you're already on Line boards, you're used to the stiffer flex, which only the KTPs deliver in the Revel8 lineup.

KTPs are my all around board.

I absolutely love the graphics on the condors and ktps.

For me, this will definitely be the year to pick up a pair of condors ... would love to replace my ktps with the new ones also but that could be a little hard for me to justify since the ones I have are still in great shape.

Hmmmm ... anybody want a set of 2008 ktps? :D
