Frozen pipes?

i know this is an old thread but i have to comment.

One time I went to a restaurant with my family at 11ish, when the place was just opening. The place was so cold so they turned up the heat. Then after 10 minutes or so water started leaking from the ceiling. The pipes had frozen overnight because they didnt have the heat on and now with the sudden change in temperature, the pipes cracked. Part of the restaurant got flooded.
