soul plate inserts

what did u guys decide on for inserts? i am planning on making a set and was wondering.

I didnt get to ride at all this season (except on that first day where I broke my boards) and my Aluminium plates seemed to slide just fine without needing inserts.

once I receive my new boards I'll test it out at a local rail I just found like 2 blocks from my new house! should be pretty nice

look for a topic called Soul Plate in the Skiboarding Gear
section...on the first page you'll find my plans for making the
plate with all measurements.


just get a sheet of 1/4 aluminium and you should be set!
