Im thinking about getting a 2005 Nissan Xterra. Does anybody have any feedback on this SUV. I checked out the site www.NewX.com and saw that the 05 is all suped up. I also noticed that Nissan is giving away these cool trips, which I entered to win! Let me know what you guys think about it.

I have a 2004 xterra SE and I love it. Came stock with a pretty sick rockford fosgate system in it. Are you gonna go 4wd? I will tell ya...i was going to go with the 4 x 4 but i wouldnt use it that much. The 2wd SE is more than enough and is geared so good. Its pretty quick off the line but lacks a little in the passing gear. It for sure makes up for that when you go to climb hills. The low end torque is great. Steep hills in dirt,mud,or snow...no problem. The Xterra is a great SUV.

i ended up test driving the new xterra's and it was great, i'm really looking into it now. my buddies who have Xterras love em!

Excellent!!! I'm not real big on the new body style but the Xterra is a great SUV for sure. I know I love mine.

wut year is your xterra? what do you think of the new 2005 model?

I have a 2004 xterra SE and I love it. The Xterra is a great SUV. The 2005 is a solid SUV. I just don't like what they did to the body style. The wheel well mostly. All square looking.

I actually like the new body style, it kind of goes with that whole adventure sport theme. I like all the room so I can pack in my gear and still have power.
