Looks like their bindings are set back. Don't most freestyle skiers ride their bindings centered like we do?

Depends on preference..

Usually you are centered for the park/pipe. Setback for the pow/groomers.:D

no. most ski companies have only one model or two that can be center mounted.

I thought it was a good intro to park skiing, maybe a bit of the cheese but cheese isn't always bad
