If you have a wrap around leash with broken plastic snaps, you may want to consider an upgrade using inexpensive components inspired by valmorel's previous post on page 2 of this thread: http://www.skiboardsonline.com/vbulletin/upload/showthread.php?t=7361&highlight=leashes&page=2

A cheap carabiner and a key ring replace the fragile plastic snaps on your leash. I wrap the leash through the key ring so the key ring does not slide around on the leash.

The biner is very easy to use with gloves or mitts.

Here it is ready to go:

Note that I added three holes on the rear of the riser for the leash and/or a lock cable. I found it better than looping through the heel piece arm.

You may want to go with a solid ring like what you could buy at any hardware store or maybe even walmarts. I'm not sure I would trust a key ring to hold something to me that has any force behind it.

Slow....... seems to me you could dramatically reduce the length of the leash and just hook the carabina on the Full Tilt cables? Would make them way easier to attach.

Good point valmorel.

Just got the FTs and needed the length to wrap around my old boots. That will be my next project.

Looking at the photo of your bindings, Spruce Riser and Full Tilt boots, I wonder if the SnowJam Pro Coil leashes (http://www.skiboardsonline.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=snjmproleash&Category_Code=protection&Product_Count=2) might be a better option. :)
In a fall, if you come out of your bindings then the stretch in the cable may help reduce the chance that the loose skiboard(s) will swing around and hit you. The cord of the Pro Coil would pass though the hole in the Riser whilst the clip would attach easily to the cable on the Full Tilts.
