Hi everyone,
I bought these bindings from Manlenuim and they are great. What I do not know is how I use the small black plates that came with the bindings that have the 4x 4 holes in them. Is it some sort of spacer or washer. The spruce risers do not have any of these so I am clueless. Thanks in advance for any answers.

My guess is that it is a spacer to raise the riser off the skiboard to maximize board flex.

That is correct. It goes between the board and the riser. I used to use that same setup, in fact those may be the same ones (I drilled them for 4X10)

Thanks Slow and RGzip. RG you think this is the exact set? They look great. I want to try them with the Condors in Utah.

I think they are. Here is a picture of mine before I drilled them out.

FYI. With just the little plate spacer these had a little to much flex for me so I added a couple of rubber spacers ( bicycle innertube) which allowed me to adjust the flex as I wanted.

Hey Dave,
Just trying to make sure I can stay on top of the snow. Also I am a sucker for a bargain whether I need it or not.
