Hello to you all, I plan on going skiboarding for the first time this weekend and wanted to know if anyone has tried these skiboards out before? Are they decent skiboards? Worth the price? I know that Cannon, Mix, and Snowjams seem to get recommended a lot but I really like the way the Big easy's look and the fact that they come with release bindings is a bonus. Or is it?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, by the way I am 6'1" and 245 Lbs.

They have very small tips and tails that catch in powder. They aren't symmetrically designed, so they dont ride backwards correctly, and the ski binding on them takes away from the natural flex of the board.

I bought a pair to learn on, basically because to get them on resort, the only other option was salomon. Oh and because I was paranoid about the release.

Anyhow, with 10 days playing about, the tip height bugs me just as kirk mentions. Quite what the flex means in practice, I dont know as I have nothing to compare to. They also seem a bit on the heavy side, but i could be wrong on that. I also now feel that the release isnt much of a problem..... i have had a few tumbles and it wouldnt have made any difference had the boards not released.

Knowing what I know now, id probably have just gone for something like the snowjam with fixed bindings and saved myself a bundle.
