View Full Version : Any new news about Mix and warranties?
I saw that one person got through to them, but 2 weeks later, I still can't get them on the phone or through email. Anyone know what their plans are for replacing their problem boards?

Anything New From them? I wonder if they figured out what the production problem was.
I've heard that they are possible switching manufacturers, but that shouldn't keep them from at least contacting their customers.

Yeah...sounds like they need to get with the program and pay attention to what people are saying in here. Obviously not a top priority it seems. If it were me that would be my top priority..keeping my customers that buy my product happy but.....to each his own I guess. Good way to lose customers I say. Well at least they are trying to correct the production problem. Oh wait...that still doesnt help the people who got bad boards in the first place though huh? Not a good way to keep loyal customers.
