I honestly have no idea what happened to my 08 BWP's. I purchased these in late December 09 and this is my second season riding them. A a few weeks ago, I noticed a slight split in the tip. I figured it was nothing major and kept riding them. Just last Saturday, I noticed that the split had gotten huge to the point where I dont want to ride them.

How will I be able to fix them?

Here are some pictures

Revel8 skiboards have a one year nontransferable warranty on all of the skiboards they make. From what you have said (bought december 09) the boards should be covered under the manufacturers warranty so you should send a description of the problem and pictures to Greco.

Thanks for the quick reply tyberesk

Sorry, I meant to say they were purchased in December 08. So I guess they are out of warranty then. What can I do to fix them, if thats even possible?

Thanks

Matt, I strongly recommend that you and everyone that has any issues with
Revel8 products first email a thorough description of the issue and pictures
to Greco first even before posting anythiing up here .. whether it is beyond the warranty time or not ..
I have found that G provides the best customer service of any guy I have ever dealt with , and will go the xtra mile for users of his products . and I certaily do not think it out of line at all , to see what he can to do help you ... .

As Talon says, use epoxy glue and hold it together while it sets with a clamp. Use standard epoxy, NOT rapid setting stuff, and dont clamp too tight or you will squeeze all the glue out. Before starting, cover the topsheet and base in some kind of sticky tape to prevent glue smears from getting on there. The finished job will be as strong as new, maybe stronger. Naturally, make sure everything is dry before you start. Allow a full week for the epoxy to fully cure. While curing, keep the board in a warmish place.
